Rep. Spencer’s Hidden Predator Act Passes Key Committee

ATLANTA – The House Judiciary Non-Civil Committee today unanimously passed House Bill 605, the Hidden Predator Act, sponsored by State Representative Jason Spencer (R-Woodbine). HB 605 is the latest update to the Hidden Predator Act and would provide provisions that would hold negligent or grossly negligent individuals or entities who conceal child abuse accountable. Rep. Dempsey Receives 2018 Charlotte Wilen Maternal and Infant Health Advocate of the Year Award

ATLANTA – State Representative Katie Dempsey (R-Rome) was recently presented with the 2018 Charlotte Wilen Maternal and Infant Health Advocate of the Year Award by the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies (HMHB) Coalition of Georgia. Coastal Delegation Gets Answers on Interstate Tree Removal Mishap

ATLANTA – At the leading of State Representative Jason Spencer (R-Woodbine), with the support of State Representatives Jeff Jones (R-Brunswick) and Don Hogan (R-St. Simon’s Island), the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) will begin an interstate beautification plan on Interstates 95 and 16 in Camden County after thousands of trees were removed along I-95 causing tremendous noise for residents.
