ATLANTA – Georgia House Minority Leader Carolyn Hugley (D-Columbus) and House Minority Whip Sam Park (D-Lawrenceville) will hold a press conference to roll out House Democrats’ “Opportunity Agenda,” which seeks to ensure Georgians have the best chance to live, learn and earn in the peach state TODAY, Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 12:15 p.m. at the South Wing of the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta.
“The Opportunity Agenda will help create a state where all Georgians can thrive – no matter their background or zip code,” said Leader Hugley. “It’s a stark contrast to Georgia Republicans, who have ruled for decades by putting their out-of-state corporate interests first while leaving Georgians behind.”
