ATLANTA – State Representative Jasmine Clark (D-Lilburn), joined by members of the ACLU of Georgia, Urban League of Greater Atlanta, League of Women Voters of Georgia and the NAACP Georgia State Conference, will host a press conference to discuss civil liberties and rights in the State of Georgia TOMORROW, Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 1 p.m. on the South Wing Steps of the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta.
During the press conference, Rep. Clark will also discuss legislation she recently introduced, House Bill 670, the Georgia Civil Rights Act of 2025, which would provide state civil rights laws protecting individuals from discrimination in housing, public accommodations and employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, familial status or national origin.
