ATLANTA – State Representative Carmen Rice (R-Columbus) was recently nominated by House leadership to participate in GOPAC’s 2025 Class of Emerging Leaders. Rep. I am eager to learn alongside this group of talented lawmakers from across the country to share ideas, improve policy initiatives and strengthen our communities and states. This program offers a tremendous opportunity to grow as a leader, and I am committed to using this experience to better support Georgia’s families and businesses.”
