ATLANTA – State Representative Dar’shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia) recently announced that she will serve as a panelist during the “Data and AI” session during the 2025 Georgia Emerging Technology Summit on November 20, 2025, in Atlanta. The Emerging Technology Summit is an event tailored for state, regional and local public sector leadership to delve into the potential of emerging technologies, including AI.
“Artificial intelligence is here to stay and continues to gain momentum,” said Rep. Kendrick. “While some may still classify it as an emerging technology, I believe it’s now a well-established part of our world. I’m glad to see the State of Georgia continuing to have important discussions around both the opportunities and cautions of using AI.”
The Emerging Technology Summit seeks to offer a comprehensive exploration of the current state and future trajectory of technologies set to revolutionize public service delivery. Through a blend of innovation, regulations, hands-on technology demos and compelling case studies, attendees can gain insights into how emerging technologies can enhance the lives of community members.
