Known as the Small Business Contracting Fairness Act, this legislation would amend the bipartisan infrastructure law, allowing more Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) to qualify for federally supported contracting opportunities and compete for critical infrastructure projects upgrades across Georgia.
