ATLANTA – State Representative Alex Atwood (R-St. Simons Island) today commented on House Bill 851, legislation requiring county law libraries to conduct annual audits of their financial records. HB 851 unanimously passed the Georgia House of Representatives on Tuesday, February 23 and will now be considered by the Senate.
