ATLANTA – The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Higher Education, chaired by State Representative Mark Newton (R-Augusta), will hold a meeting on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 9 a.m. in room 406 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building in Atlanta.
