Sponsored by Rep. Stephens, HB 1209 establishes a limited sales and use tax exemption for construction materials used in certain developments near various state-owned convention facilities.

Rep. Angie O’Steen Applauds Signing of Legislation Expanding Rural Hospital and Emergency Department Eligibility
