ATLANTA — Speaker of the House David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) has appointed the following members to the House Special Study Committee on Judicial Qualifications Commission Reform:
ATLANTA – State Representative Timothy Barr (R-Lawrenceville) recently attended a meeting of the Assembly of State Legislatures (ASL) where legislators established the rules needed to hold a state-led convention for proposing amendments to the U.S. Constitution and concluded with the signing of a resolution in support of the proposed rules package.

ATLANTA – State Representative Lee Hawkins (R-Gainesville) today announced that House Bill 768, the Georgia ABLE Act, was signed into law by Gov. Nathan Deal and became effective on Tuesday, May 3, 2016.
