Additionally, leadership of the Fulton County Delegation, including State Reps. Dreyer, Derrick Jackson (D-Tyrone), Roger Bruce (D-Atlanta) and Kim Schofield (D-Atlanta), strongly refuted claims that Democratic members of the delegation support non-partisan county elections in Fulton County.

ATLANTA – State Representative Billy Mitchell (D-Stone Mountain) will hold a press conference on recent efforts to ratify the proposed Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) TOMORROW, Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the South Wing Steps of the State Capitol.
Rep. Mitchell will be joined by members of the Georgia National Organization for Women and the Georgia Federation of Democratic Women to discuss the potential confirmation of the Equal Rights Amendment. If ratified, the ERA would amend the U.S. Constitution to end discrimination on the basis of sex.
