Lt. Governor Casey Cagle and Speaker David Ralston have announced their respective appointments to the High School Athletics Overview Committee. The joint committee was created pursuant to Senate Bill 288, passed during the 2014 legislative session, and is tasked with regularly reviewing the operations of Georgia’s high school athletic association. Rep. Terry England Receives 2014 ACCG Legislative Service Award
ATLANTA – State Representative Terry England (R-Auburn) recently received a 2014 Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG) Legislative Service Award. ACCG chose to honor Rep. England with the award for his work to secure the passage of Gov. Deal’s recommended budget during this year’s legislative session. ACCG presented Rep.
