Rep. Scott Hilton Applauds Final Passage of Distraction-Free Schools Legislation

ATLANTA – State Representative Scott Hilton (R-Peachtree Corners) today applauds the final passage of House Bill 340, the Distraction-Free Schools Act, legislation he sponsored that would require grades K-8 schools to implement policies to prevent students from accessing cell phones and other personal digital devices from the start until the end of the school day.
