As the presiding officer of the Georgia House of Representatives, Speaker Ralston is charged with selecting members to represent Georgia within SLC.

Rep. Dollar Sponsors Legislation to Simplify HOPE Application

Rep. Scott Sponsors Legislation to Change Tattoo Studio Requirements
ATLANTA — State Representative Sandra Scott (D-Rex) today announced the introduction of House Bill 118. This legislation would require tattoo studios to notify patrons that tattoos in certain locations could disqualify them from joining the military.

House Passes Pharmacy Reimbursement Bill
ATLANTA— The Georgia House of Representatives passed House Bill 179 on Friday, February 22, 2013, by a unanimous vote of 161-0. Sponsored by state Representative Andy Welch (R–Locust Grove), HB 179 would remove a penalty from current law that costs pharmacies thousands of dollars for minor clerical errors.
