Rep. Carl Gilliard to be Recognized for 42 Years of Service with Keynote Speaker Isaac Newton Farris Tomorrow

ATLANTA – State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah) will be honored for his more than 42 years of service to the State of Georgia during a birthday and appreciation event TOMORROW, Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 6 p.m. at Georgia Southern University’s Armstrong Center in Savannah, Georgia.

During the event, a keynote address will be delivered by Mr. Isaac Newton Farris, nephew of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
