ATLANTA – State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah) will hold the seventh annual Georgia Economic Empowerment Summit on Friday, May 31, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Savannah Technical College in Savannah.
The event will feature presentations from the Georgia Department of Human Services, the Georgia Department of Early Learning and the film industry. There will be a lunch and learn for businesses and nonprofits about establishing business credit, which will be sponsored by Cumulus Broadcasting. There will also be vendors present to discuss career opportunities.
