ATLANTA – State Representative Dewayne Hill (R-Ringgold) was recently named Vice Chairman of the House Economic Development & Tourism Subcommittee on International Trade and Commerce by State Representative Ron Stephens (R-Savanah), Chairman of the Economic Development & Tourism Committee.
“It is an honor and privilege to serve the citizens of House District 3 in this way,” said Rep. Dewayne Hill. “This subcommittee will work diligently to consider legislation that will promote business, trade and tourism across all of Georgia.”
Other members of the subcommittee include: Chairman Carl Gilliard (D-Garden City); Rep. Doreen Carter (D-Lithonia); Rep. Karen Mathiak (R- Griffin); Rep. Derrick Jackson (D-Tyrone); Rep. Brenda Lopez (D-Norcross); and Rep. Sam Park (D-Lawrenceville).

Representative Dewayne Hill represents the citizens of District 3, which includes the northern most part of Catoosa County. He currently serves on the Education, Human Relations & Aging, Industry & Labor, Interstate Cooperation, Retirement and Intragovernmental Coordination committees.
