ATLANTA— State Representative Micah Gravley (R-Douglasville) today commented on an auto accident that recently occurred in Carroll County, which claimed the lives of two teens, injured a Georgia State Trooper and two others. Rep. Gravley issued the following statement:
“I am saddened to learn about the horrific accident that took the lives of two South Paulding students and injured three others involved. Our community mourns their loss,” said Rep. Gravley. “I want to offer my condolences and prayers to the families of the South Paulding teens who lost their lives, as well as the students, faculty, and staff at South Paulding High School, as an entire community is grieving today. I also pray for a quick and healthy recovery for the other three individuals who were involved in the accident.”
Representative Micah Gravley represents the citizens of District 67, which includes portions of Douglas and Paulding counties. He was elected into the House of Representatives in 2012, and currently serves as the Vice Chairman on the Code Revision Committee. He also serves on the Economic Development & Tourism, Judiciary Non-Civil, and Public Safety & Homeland Security committees.
