ATLANTA – State Representative Dar’shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia) recently participated in TechNet’s 2019 State Policy Conference and served as a panel judge during a pitch competition panel. Rep. Kendrick was the only Georgia legislator invited and one of only 20 legislators from 13 states who participated in this annual conference, which took place November 13-15 in Austin, Texas.
“I recently hosted my own third annual Tech for All policy conference with Atlanta City Councilman Andre Dickens and my co-chair, Rodney Sampson,” said Rep. Kendrick. “So, it was very productive for me to come to Austin and see some of the work that we do on a national level and meet with corporate tech giants to discuss tech policy work throughout the nation. I hope I represented our state well as the only legislator from Georgia who was invited to this great event.”
