Rep. Mandisha A. Thomas to Speak at Groundbreaking Ceremony of Temporary Traffic Signal Lights in South Fulton

ATLANTA – State Representative Mandisha A. Thomas (D-South Fulton) will deliver remarks at a groundbreaking ceremony of temporary traffic signal lights on State Route 92 at Demooney and Jones Road on Monday, June 17, 2024, from 2 – 3 p.m. in South Fulton, Georgia.  

“There are six major intersections in the city of South Fulton,” said Rep. Thomas. “Many of these intersections have experienced multiple accidents and several fatalities over the past five years. The state and city have been working diligently together to address the issue. This is one of the first major transportation accomplishments in the city. Although it is a temporary solution, it will save lives in Georgia. I am proud to have used my position as State Representative of the 65th House District to help achieve this.”
