ATLANTA – State Representative Sandra Scott (D-Rex) will host a Red Sand Project ceremony TOMORROW, Friday, February 7, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Toney Elementary School in Decatur, Georgia.
The Red Sand Project seeks to raise awareness about human trafficking. Participants of the Red Sand Project’s ceremonies fill the cracks of sidewalks with red sand to symbolize individuals who fall through the cracks of social, economic and political systems.
