ATLANTA – State Representative Sandy Donatucci (R-Buford) was sworn into office as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives on Monday, January 13, 2025, marking her first day of the 2025-2026 legislative term.
“It’s an honor to serve the people of District 105.” said Rep. Donatucci. “I know it’s going to be a busy session and I am ready to do the work.”
In addition to being officially sworn in, the Georgia House of Representatives’ Committee on Assignments named Rep. Donatucci to the Education, Intragovernmental Coordination and Transportation committees.
The House Committee on Assignments, chaired by House Speaker Jon Burns (R-Newington), is charged with making all House committee assignments for the members of the Georgia House of Representatives.
Representative Sandy Donatucci represents the citizens of District 105, which includes a portion of Gwinnett County. She was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2024 and currently serves on the Education, Intragovernmental Coordination and Transportation committees.
