ATLANTA — State Representative Valencia Stovall (D-Lake City) will appear on Atlanta’s Peachtree TV to discuss House Bill 614, legislation for the 2016 session, on Saturday, October 3 at 10 a.m.
HB 614, or the Landon Dunson Act, is a bipartisan measure sponsored by Rep. Stovall that seeks to place video monitoring cameras in classrooms providing special educational services. Stovall authored and introduced this legislation during the 2015 legislative session in response to concerns of alleged abuse in classrooms providing special education services.
