Speaker Jon Burns Announces Appointments to 2025 House Study Committees

ATLANTA – Today, House Speaker Jon Burns (R-Newington) announced appointments to the Georgia House of Representatives’ 2025 study committees. These committees will meet throughout the interim, hear from experts, stakeholders and the public and compile a report of specific findings or legislative recommendations ahead of the 2026 legislative session.

ATLANTA – The House Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications Ad Hoc Committee on Community Solar, chaired by State Representative Beth Camp (R-Concord), will hold its second meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. in room 341 of the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta.
