ATLANTA – State Representative CaMia Hopson (D-Albany), along with the Georgia Women’s Legislative Caucus, today presented Albany Mayor Dorothy Hubbard with the third annual “Nikki T. Randall Servant Leadership Award” at the caucus’ annual event to celebrate Women’s History Month. Rep.
