Rep. Gravley Announces House Passage of Senate Bill 249

ATLANTA – State Representative Micah Gravley (R-Douglasville) today announced that the Georgia House of Representatives passed Senate Bill 249 on Monday, June 22, 2020. Rep. Gravley was the House sponsor for SB 249, and this legislation would increase the monthly retirement benefits payable to members of the Georgia Peace Officers’ Annuity and Benefit Fund, as well as allow jail officers to be eligible for this annuity and benefit fund. Governor Kemp Signs Georgia’s Hope Act Sponsored by Rep. Gravley

ATLANTA – State Representative Micah Gravley (R-Douglasville) today announced that House Bill 324, the Georgia’s Hope Act, was signed into law by Governor Brian Kemp on Wednesday, April 17, 2019. The Georgia’s Hope Act, which was sponsored by Rep. Gavley, will allow for the cultivation, manufacturing and dispensing of low THC oil in Georgia.
