Gov. Deal Signs Balanced Budget Compact, Co-Sponsored by Rep. Welch
ATLANTA—State Representative Andy Welch (R–McDonough) commented today on Governor Nathan Deal signing House Bill 794, otherwise known as the Compact for a Balanced Budget. Co-sponsored by Rep.
