ATLANTA – The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus (GLBC), chaired by State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah), will host its annual legislative conference, with several events taking place from Friday, August 2 – Sunday, August 4, 2024 in Atlanta. Rep. Carl Gilliard to Introduce Georgia Dream Plus Loan Program at the “Come Get Your Keys Event”

ATLANTA – State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah), chair of the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, will introduce the new Georgia Dream Plus Loan Program, an initiative that would redefine affordable access to homeownership opportunities, at the “Come Get Your Keys” Event on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Savannah Regional Library Auditorium in Savannah, Georgia.

Rep. Carl Gilliard Introduces New Georgia Dream Peach Plus Loan Program

ATLANTA – State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah), chair of the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, today announced the launch of the Georgia Dream Peach Plus Loan Program, a program specifically tailored to assist borrowers who do not meet the requirements for the standard Georgia Dream Loan Program but do qualify for Federal Housing Administration loans.
