Speaker Ralston Appoints Richard Hyde
ATLANTA — Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) has appointed Richard Hyde as a citizen member of the Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC). Mr. Hyde is an investigator with the law firm of Balch & Bingham LLP in Atlanta. Mr. Hyde has previously served as an investigator and a member of the JQC.
