Rep. Doreen Carter Sworn in, Receives Committee Assignments for the 2023-2024 Legislative Term
ATLANTA – State Representative Doreen Carter (D-Lithonia) was sworn in for her fifth term in the Georgia House of Representatives on Monday, January 9, 2023, which was the first day of the 2023-2024 legislative term.
