ATLANTA – Today the House Transportation Subcommittee on Approval of the Director of Planning recommended Todd Long for approval to the full House Transportation Committee. ATLANTA- Today House Transportation Chairman Jay Roberts (R-Ocilla) named Rep. Ed Rynders (R-Albany) Chairman of the House Transportation Subcommittee on Approval of the Director of Planning. This subcommittee will consider Governor Sonny Perdue’s recent appointment, Mr. Todd Long, for the position of Director of Planning at the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and make a recommendation to the full House Transportation Committee.
