ATLANTA – State Representative Gerald Greene (R-Cuthbert) commends the Mercer University School of Medicine for their commitment to opening a new primary care clinic in Clay County. Located in Fort Gaines, Ga. Mercer Medicine Clay County will begin seeing patients in early November, with a ribbon cutting ceremony set for November 12, 2020 at 10 a.m.

Georgia Legislators Announce Bipartisan Legislation to Repeal Citizen’s Arrest Law, to Hold Press Conference Tomorrow

ATLANTA – State Representatives Carl Gilliard (D- Garden City), Roger Bruce (D-Atlanta), Don Hogan (R-St. Simon’s Island), William Boddie (D-East Point) and Gerald Greene (R-Cuthbert) today announced their plans to introduce legislation which would repeal Georgia’s citizen’s arrest law. Speaker Ralston Announces Special Committee on Access to the Civil Justice System

ATLANTA – Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) today appointed a Special Committee on Access to the Civil Justice System. Rep. Gerald Greene Attends Final House Rural Development Council Meetings in Americus

ATLANTA – State Representative Gerald Greene (R-Cuthbert) recently traveled to Americus to attend the final meetings of the House of Representatives’ Rural Development Council where the council continued to discuss economic and infrastructure improvements in rural Georgia.
