ATLANTA – Last week Representative Jan Jones (R-Milton) introduced House Bill 149 (HB 149). This legislation will allow 11th and 12th grade public school students to transfer to a college or technical school to complete high school while receiving credit towards a higher degree. ATLANTA – On the first day of the 2009 Legislative Session, Representative Jan Jones, representing the North Fulton House Delegation, introduced House Resolution 21. This proposed amendment to the Constitution of the State of Georgia provides for the re-creation of Milton County. ATLANTA – This week State Representative Jan Jones (R- Milton) became the first Republican woman Majority Whip in Georgia history.
