ATLANTA – State Representative Brenda Lopez Romero (D-Norcross) and House Minority Leader Bob Trammell (D-Luthersville), along with State Representatives David Dreyer (D-Atlanta), Jasmine Clark (D-Lilburn) and Beth Moore (D-Peachtree Corners), today introduced House Bill 896 to allow high schools graduates in Georgia to receive in-state tuition rates, regardless of their immigration status. Georgia Legislators File Toxic Coal Ash Clean Up Bill
ATLANTA – Legislation was dropped in the hopper today and will be read for the first time tomorrow in the Georgia House of Representatives to update Georgia’s toxic coal ash disposal procedures. ATLANTA – State Representative Jasmine Clark (D-Tucker) was sworn into office as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives on Monday, January 14, 2019, marking her first day of the 2019-2020 legislative term.
