ATLANTA – State Representative Matt Reeves (R-Duluth) will hold a town hall meeting with Gwinnett County officials on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 6 p.m. at the Suwanee City Hall. Additionally, Rep. Reeves will hold a town hall meeting on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Sugarloaf Korean Baptist Church.

Reps. Gabe Okoye and Matt Reeves Applaud House Passage of Real Estate Fraud Protection Bill

ATLANTA – State Representatives Gabe Okoye (D-Lawrenceville) and Matt Reeves (R-Duluth) applaud the recent House passage of House Bill 1292, legislation that would combat real estate fraud by requiring identification to be provided when deeds are recorded by persons who are not licensed attorneys, financial institutions or realtors.

Rep. Mark Newton Applauds Bipartisan Passage of Firearm Safe Handling and Secure Storage Tax Credit Act

Reps. Matt Reeves and Mesha Mainor Propose the Second Chance Workforce Act

ATLANTA – State Representatives Matt Reeves (R-Duluth) and Mesha Mainor (R-Atlanta) recently introduced House Bill 926, the Second Chance Workforce Act. This legislation would allow individuals with low-level municipal citation and misdemeanor charges to keep their driver’s licenses during their cases, as long as the charges do not pertain to DUI, reckless driving or child support, so that their ability to drive to work is not interrupted.
