Georgia House Democratic Caucus Urges Georgia Residents to Complete 2020 U.S. Census Before Deadline
ATLANTA – Members of the Georgia House Democratic Caucus (GHDC) encourage all Georgia residents to participate in the 2020 U.S. Census today, Thursday, October 15, 2020, by midnight. Households can complete the census online or by phone by 5:59 a.m. EST on Friday, Oct. 16, but the GHDC urges residents to participate as soon as possible. As of October 13, Georgia’s self-response rate is 62.7 percent, which is behind the national average of 66.8 percent.
