Rep. Yasmin Neal Urges Clayton County Board of Commissioners to Abandon Local Ordinance to Fill Vacancies for Elected Positions
ATLANTA – State Representative Yasmin Neal (D-Jonesboro) yesterday submitted a letter urging the Clayton County Board of Commissioners to halt any consideration of Ordinance 2022-271, local legislation which would allow the Clayton County Board of Commissioners to fill vacancies of local elected officials, including the board.
