ATLANTA – State Representative Virgil Fludd (D-Tyrone) announced that Camara Carter, Aisia Chatman, Samuel Jackson, Krystal Lunsford, Keiana Raven, Essodonda Telou and Mitchell Turner have won the Virgil L. Fludd Scholarship awards for 2011.
