ATLANTA – State Representative Kevin Tanner (R-Dawsonville), Co-Chair of the Georgia Commission on Freight & Logistics, announces that the commission will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Georgia Department of Transportation Headquarters at One Georgia Center located at 600 West Peachtree N.W. in Atlanta. Lt. Governor Duncan & Speaker Ralston Announce Appointments to Freight & Logistics Commission

ATLANTA – Today, Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan and Speaker of the House David Ralston announced their appointees to the Georgia Freight & Logistics Commission. Created by House Resolution 37 in the 2019 legislative session, the Commission will study Georgia’s freight and logistics network and find ways to move freight more efficiently throughout Georgia spurring economic growth and job creation. Speaker Ralston Announces Members of the House Rural Development Council for 2019-2020 Term

ATLANTA – Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) today announced the members of the House Rural Development Council for the 2019-2020 legislative term.
