Rep. Spencer Announces Release of FAA Spaceport Camden Environmental Impact Statement
ATLANTA – State Representative Jason Spencer (R-Woodbine) today announced that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) released Spaceport Camden’s Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) draft. FAA has been evaluating the environmental impacts of all proposed construction and operational activities at Spaceport Camden since fall 2015, and the recently released draft EIS includes potential environmental impacts associated with several factors, such as air quality, climate and natural resources.
