ATLANTA – The Georgia Department of Economic Development’s Georgia Council for the Arts (GCA) and House Majority Leader Jon Burns (R-Newnington), State Representative Bill Hitchens (R-Rincon) and State Senator Jack Hill (R-Reidsville) recently announced that the Mars Theatre was selected as a Vibrant Communities Grant recipient. ATLANTA – The Georgia House of Representatives’ Committee on Assignments named State Representative Bill Hitchens (R-Rincon) as the Chairman of the House Public Safety & Homeland Security Committee.
