Representative Dar’shun Kendrick to Host Public Hearing on Diversity in Georgia’s Private Equity Spaces

ATLANTA – State Representative Dar’shun Kendrick (D–Lithonia) will host a public hearing to discuss the diversity in Georgia’s private equity spaces, as well as her drafted legislation that would allow for more diversified funding under the Invest Georgia Fund on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, from 1-3 p.m. in room 216 of the Georgia State Capitol.

Rep. Dar’shun Kendrick Announces New Legislation to Create Diversified Funding under Invest Georgia, to be Filed during Upcoming Legislative Session

ATLANTA – State Representative Dar’shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia) today announced that she has drafted legislation that would allow for more diversified funding under the Invest Georgia Fund. This legislation will be formally introduced during the 2024 legislative session of the Georgia General Assembly.
