ATLANTA – State Representative Devan Seabaugh (R-Marietta) today stood with Governor Brian Kemp at the State Capitol in Atlanta, Ga. as he signed Senate Bill 517. Carried in the House by Rep. Seabaugh, SB 517 allows for certain uses of force by a law enforcement officer to be considered for immunity from prosecution.

ATLANTA – Today, in Forsyth, Ga., State Representative Devan Seabaugh (R-Marietta) stood alongside Governor Brian Kemp as he signed House Bill 451 into law. This bill, sponsored by Rep. Seabaugh, a licensed paramedic, extends supplemental insurance coverage to first responders diagnosed with occupational post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Rep. Devan Seabaugh’s Legislation to Combat Illegal Squatting Passes House

ATLANTA – State Representative Devan Seabaugh (R-Marietta) touts the Georgia House of Representatives’ recent passage of House Bill 1017, or the Squatter Reform Act. This legislation, sponsored by Rep.
