ATLANTA – State Representative Eric Bell (D-Jonesboro) celebrates the recent decision by the House Special Rules Committee to schedule a hearing for House Bill 1013, bipartisan legislation that would designate lemon pepper as the State of Georgia’s official chicken wing flavor. The bill is scheduled for a hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 2 p.m. in room 415 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building. The hearing will be open to the public and will be livestreamed via the Georgia General Assembly website here.
