ATLANTA – The Georgia House of Representatives’ Committee on Assignments, chaired by House Speaker Jon Burns (R-Newington), recently named State Representative Mitchell Horner (R-Ringgold) to serve as Vice Chairman of the House Budget and Fiscal Affairs Oversight Committee for the 2025-2026 legislative term.
