The Chicago Black Policy Review is a publication of the University of Chicago dedicated to advancing research and policy solutions that impact Black communities, and Rep. Lewis-Ward notes that her article explores the role technology can play in promoting racial equity, while also examining the challenges that can arise when innovation outpaces thoughtful public policy.
