ATLANTA – State Representative Park Cannon (D-Atlanta), along with State Representatives Eric Bell (D-Jonesboro), Ruwa Romman (D-Duluth), Gabriel Sanchez (D-Smyrna), Inga Willis (D-Atlanta), Bryce Berry (D-Atlanta), Al Williams (D-Midway), Lisa Campbell (D-Kennesaw), Robert Flournoy (D-Hampton), David Sampson (D-Albany), El-Mahdi Holly (D-Stockbridge) and Karlton Howard (D-Augusta), will host a press conference TODAY, Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at Liberty Plaza in Atlanta.
These representatives also highlight their support for a coalition entitled “South Got Something to Say,” which they say will be present at the State Capitol during the 2026 special session.
U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock and Pastor Jamal Bryant will also be present at the event.
