ATLANTA – State Representative Chuck Sims (R-Ambrose) is sponsoring House Resolutions 1249 and 1250 to honor the lives of Teresa Davis and Randall Whiddon. Both employed at Coffee Regional Emergency Medical Services, Davis and Whiddon died on June 6, 2013, when their ambulance collided with a tractor-trailer.
