ATLANTA – The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Public Safety, chaired by State Representative Bill Hitchens (R-Rincon), will hold a meeting on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 9 a.m. in room 415 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building in Atlanta, Georgia.
During the meeting, the subcommittee will hear testimony from the Department of Corrections, the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission and private prison partners.
