ATLANTA – Today, the Georgia House passed Senate Bill 68, Governor Brian Kemp’s comprehensive tort reform legislation aimed at curbing excessive lawsuits and bringing balance to Georgia’s courtrooms. The legislation will now return to the Senate for consideration.
